Join the Contemporary for a special bat themed rendition of Stich and ‘Wich, a community building fiber arts workshop series where participants learn a new fiber art medium, while enjoying tea sandwiches!
For this special rendition, participants will learn how to create a quilt square of a bat and learn facts about bat conservation from representatives of Bat Conservation International, an organization working to conserve bats and their habitats through conservation, education, and research efforts.
Come learn a new skill, dispel common myths regarding bats and their ecology, and learn more about what you can do to help bats in your area.
